Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders to be sent as one order. All orders that are placed through the website will go out with individual tracking links.

Once the package has left our facility in Los Angeles, CA (USA) - we are not responsible for any misdelivered, lost or stolen goods. Please verify the shipping address you input matches your correct location. Check with your neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it by mistake. Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are – give it a few days for it to arrive.
If you still have not received it, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.

There are no order minimums for stock available styles.

Our stock levels fluctuate frequently and we restock our products often.
If a product is out of stock, it will most likely be restocked within 3-5 weeks.
When logged in to your account, you can sign up for restock notifications to be notified as soon as a product is back in stock.
Backorders can be placed on a case by case basis. Please contact info@pfd-blanks.com to inquire about a backorder, or with additional questions pertaining to stock levels and restock timelines.

We work with dye houses who adhere to California’s Environmental Protection Agency standards in regards to water and energy use as well as waste, which are the strictest in the country.

All of our cotton fabrics are produced in Los Angeles using 100% US-grown cotton. All knitting, cutting, sewing, dyeing and customizing is done in Los Angeles within a 5 mile radius. Partnering with local craftspeople allows us to support our community, while reducing the impact of our supply chain's carbon footprint. We work with Los Angeles County factories that pay above the minimum wage per hour ($17.27/hour as of July 2024) and treat their workers fairly. California currently has the highest EPA standards in the USA and all of our factories adhere to these standards.

Each of our products features an unbranded care label and a size label placed on the left side seam.
Designed for seamless customization, our garments come without a main neck label, making blank-to-brand conversion effortless.
Future productions will feature a tearaway label on each garment so that you can easily apply your own labels.

Yes, while we do not manufacture labels, we can attach any labels and/or hangtags you provide for an additional fee (minimum 100 units). We also offer folding, packing, and stickering services for an additional fee (minimum 100 units).

Yes, we offer custom dye production for any of our wholesale products to match your desired Pantone shade.
- Minimum: 150 units per color (lower quantity custom dye loads may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, for an additional fee)
- Color: we prefer the color code to be Pantone TCX. You can request a lab dip (small swatch of dyed fabric for color approval) for an additional fee. Otherwise, the dye technician will match your desired color within a 10% variance.
- Garment Dye Sample: we can produce an initial dye sample for each color to ensure color approval before moving forward with the bulk production. Initial dye samples are only available when a bulk order is placed and paid. The cost of the initial dye sample differs from the unit costs of bulk order and will add to turnaround time.
- Usual Turnaround Time: 1-2 weeks (may vary depending on ready to dye inventory, volume, and/or color approval of lab dip if requested)
- Fallout: some damages may occur during the dye process. Typical fallout from dyeing is approximately 5-10%. Buyer will be notified of any damages once the garments have gone through QC (quality control). We recommend always ordering 2-3 additional units per size to your order to accommodate for fallout.
